Fresh from winning the Platini International Music Competition, Chiaki Shinichi becomes the new resident conductor of the Roux-Marlet Orchestra, an orchestra with a long history which was the breeding ground of Franz von Stresemann’s talent. To his dismay, he finds Roux-Marlet in shambles, and has to work desperately to rebuild the historical orchestra to its former glory. 在普拉提尼国际指挥大赛获得优胜的千秋被邀请在法兰苏(竹中直人 饰)年轻时担任指挥的「卢马列管弦乐团」担任常任指挥，於是千秋和法兰克(瑛士 饰)一起去观察卢马列乐团，千秋发现乐团演奏非常随便，让人觉得这个乐团一点都没有进取心，让千秋非常惊讶。 「卢马列管弦乐团」虽然是老牌乐团，近年来因为资金不足，也很少机会排练导致很多团员都离开乐团，所以演出票房不佳，就这样恶性循环持续著。而负责乐团宣传的人也不愿意帮忙千秋，让千秋陷入前所未有的失意谷底........ 另一方面，野田妹和法兰克、塔妮亚(贝琪 饰)以及黑木(福士诚治饰)同时面临音乐学校的晋级考试，野田妹每天都埋首於练习中，听到千秋要担任指挥，野田妹比其他人都还要高兴。千秋请野田妹担任乐团定期公演中演出的拉威尔波丽露中的钢琴演出，本来兴奋无比的野田妹却出乎意料地失去与千秋同台演出的机会，而让转学到巴黎音乐学院的孙蕊(山田优饰)获得这个工作，野田妹顿时陷入低潮，但是千秋却贴心地鼓励著野田妹...... 準备不充分中乐团的公演日终於到来，可怕的结局等待著千秋......
