Morioka Takashi (Sato Takeru), a youth who was born in a foster care facility, loses his job as a temporary worker. In order to buy back the foster care facility which is saddled with a heavy debt and about to be shut down, he lends a hand to Yuki (Tamaki Hiroshi). He commits criminal acts, stealing illegal donations and bribes, but despite the worry of Yukari (Tanimura Mitsuki), who grew up in the same facility as he did, he is enchanted by Yuki's words, "Change this rotten world." However, Takashi walks into a trap and in order to save Yukari, has to challenge the "Devil's Game" that Yuki has set up.

隆志(佐藤健 飾)，一個倒楣透頂的年輕人。才剛因為不景氣被公司裁員，租住的公寓因為遲繳房租而被掃地出門。拖著沉重步伐回到成長的孤兒院，養育他的院長爸爸剛過世了。
最悲慘的是由於孤兒院負債過大轉手讓人，院中的14名兒童也只好轉至其他園區。隆志與一起長大的由佳里(谷村美月 飾)下定決心要再買回孤兒院，跟大家再次生活在一起。
