看來如天使般純淨的少年朝戶（小池徹平　飾），具有一種不為人知的神奇能力，但究竟，這種超能力，是上天給他的禮物還是…某一天，遭街頭混混欺負的朝戶，被頹廢孤僻的健夫（玉木宏　飾）出面搭救，還因而打傷了自己的手。朝戶只是按著健夫，奇妙的事就發生了…傷口消失了！就這樣，原本不相識的兩人，就因那神奇的能力而邂逅了。兩人之後更一同認識了餐廳服務生志穗，意氣相投的三人成了好朋友。為了看到人們的笑顏，善良的朝戶到處將人們的傷口轉移給自己，甚至是志穗臉上的疤，而他自己也因此變得傷痕累累…儘管如此，他的臉上仍舊始終掛著微笑，沒有人知道他內心的傷痛。不忍見朝戶自我虐待，健夫很想為朝戶做些什麼，但同時，他卻也為自己的創痛所苦…
然而，兩人都終將去面對自我傷痛的那時刻來臨了…
