Premiering in Japanese theaters on March 19, 1983, Final Yamato reunites the crew one more time to combat the threat of the Denguili, a militaristic alien civilization that intends to use the water planet Aquarius to flood Earth and resettle there (having lost their home planet to a galactic collision).
