In the foreseeable future, mankind because of the third energy revolution: pollution-free, recyclable energy sources, "quiet room drive (Silicone DANGER ド LITE ma bu)" of the invention, and into the era of unprecedented prosperity. 在可見的將來，人類由於第三次能源革命：無公害、可循環利用的能量來源，「靜間驅動器(シズマドライブ)」的發明，而進入前所未有的繁榮時代。但是在繁榮 背後，有兩股勢力展開了激烈的周旋。一股是企圖征服世界的「BF團」，另一股是和BF團對抗的組織「國際警察機構」。在動畫的開頭，BF團在南京追逐發明 了斯索馬驅動器的斯索馬博士，目的是要搶奪斯索馬博士手上的黑色公事包。後來斯索馬博士被國際警察機構的特工們所救。於是圍繞著操作鐵甲人的主角：草間大 作、BF團、國際警察機構的故事開始了。
