Ten years after the Holy War in Hong Kong, Mochizuki Jirou, aka the Silver Blade, and the lone hero who fought and defeated the Kowloon Children despite the loss of his lover, returns to Japan with his young brother, Mochizuki Kotaro. 1997年的香港。忽然发生的“九龙血统”的暴走事件，香港陷入了近乎毁 灭的状态。
