sakura's wings in this series ,however ,has a rather different meaning attached to it .when she's taken away from shaoran,the scene is similar to the one in x where kotori bids goodbye to kakyou and asks him to tell her brother and kamui that the future has not yet been decided .in this case ,the wings of both characters are used to signify that the characters are leaving /lost their life .in sakura's case this is not to be taken literally as one will see later on in the story.
