歌手兼演员李泰益的初恋情人陈世伶在少女时期，非常喜欢李泰益，总想和他在一起。然而在李泰益家道中落后，离开了他，去往了国外...成为了Top Star。随着时间的推移，看着自己曾经抛弃的男人，日渐成为比自己更有名气的super star ，甚至公开与一个傻头傻脑的志愿生张满屋订婚的事实，这让她有了强烈的决心果断回到韩国，想要重新回到李泰益身边，义无反顾的追求着他.^[3]
