In order to protect the country's citizens, by using supernatural powers, the secret government esper research organization known as "Kokueken" was created. Here, it is where children with esper potentials are gathered, and they are trained into full fledged espers. 野菜在超能力研究所一直想用超能力把汤匙弄湾 但弄不弯反而把爱酱的眼镜弄弯 害爱酱已换掉好几个眼镜 (既然怕弄弯那就不要戴眼镜好了啊XD) 而后野菜就无意间会了瞬间移动来到的"外面的世界" 而后听到广播的DJ和田和忧佳的声音 就用瞬间移动到和田和忧佳那里 而且马上就戴起耳机了XD 之后野菜在天桥上散步 但被还很远的爱酱发现了 (爱酱的眼睛还真敏锐XD) 野菜就马上用瞬间移动到搞笑艺人的徵选会 其中一个搞笑艺人是UFA里的 最后登场的搞笑艺人还变出了很多野菜的照片 之后野菜在公园散步时被爱酱发现了 野菜於是再用瞬间移动逃离爱酱的追击 结果因为还不稳定 瞬间移动址移动到刚刚差不多的位置 於是被爱酱逮到了 (话说那之后那麼长的时间野菜为什麼不逃走) 被爱酱以"超能力封锁环"上锁 让野菜使不出瞬间移动 之后在野菜的恳求下 答应野菜住"外面的世界"
