本片由sega同名游戏改编，本剧以18岁暴力少年右京龙也作为主角，在屡次惹事生非而被学校退学后，他就将自己完全投入到神室町的黑暗一面当中，过着每天打打杀杀的生活。 某天，少年为了就自己的同伴，　龙也却遇到了东城会直系九鬼组的干部户田直辉。凭着野兽般的强悍，龙也在最后将户田打倒，不过等龙也注意到的时候，户田却已经死亡。龙也企图逃出神室町，最后却被九鬼组的组长九鬼隆太郎抓住，并被带到了某个场所。那个场所，就是由九鬼组所经营的非法地下格斗场龙之怒。 　　九鬼一句：“要想让我放过你杀害户田之事，那就在这个龙之怒战斗吧”。就这样，失去自由的少年在没有选择的余地下，只好参加这个地下格斗场的战斗，并用着自己的拳头开创命运。
