从中朝边境逃出来（脱北者）的英智为了攒钱回韩国当起了导游，并因此遇到了超仁。对超仁念念不忘的英智来到韩国看到的却是超仁的灵堂。之后的某一天，灵智偶然邂逅了完全不记得自己的超仁。英智悉心照顾超仁，并决定不再放他离开。

副院长金惠珠和儿子宣宇想借脑医学中心达到医疗民营化目的，有的医生拜倒在金钱面前，有的医生则持反对态度赞同医院创立人的想法，最终以主张优先设立急救中心而告终。后又因李宗民的私人律师告知他们李宗民已经把所有的继承权交给李超仁，另一场阴谋又开始了…………
