One day, Nick encounters clairvoyant Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning), a 13-year-old "watcher" who seeks his help in stealing a briefcase that may possess the secret to decompose the Division. In doing so, they also need to enlist expatriate "pusher" Kira, someone who can influence others action by controlling their minds. On the other side, Division Agent Henry Carver (Djimon Hounsou), also dominating "pusher", is on his mission to stop these rebels at all costs.
