FUNG HANG LIT (Raymond Lam) is betrayed by his wife KAN BING WAN (Sonija Kwok) and becomes a dummy for the master of the Devil Palace PONG PAN (Kwok Jing Hung) to practise martial arts. , LIT escapes and PAN pursues him. Luckily, a chivalrous swordsman HON PAK (Bosco Wong Chung Chak) saves him. They became very good friends who will die for each other.
LIT searches for WAN to interrogate her. Meanwhile, he meets WAN's junior sister TSUN MING YIU (Chermaine Sheh). They become close to each other.
