Bori was a legendary troublemaker during her days in high school and was constantly getting into a fights but one day she is expelled for being involved in a school fight.

定石高中的女生罗菩堤因善于打架而成为远近闻名的问题学生。一次菩堤为救助一个女孩而将几个邻校的男生打伤，因此遭到东七焕与南成起两位老师的体罚，面对体罚毫不在乎的菩堤却因为东七焕老师的一句“没教养”被激怒了，将墙上的相框打落在东七焕老师的鼻子上，结果菩堤被迫退学。

六年后的2005年，菩堤通过自己的努力从师范大学毕业，因为一直暗恋母校的池贤宇老师，菩堤希望能够回到定石高中任教。此时已是教务主任的东七焕看到菩堤的求职简历吓了一跳，硬是把她赶出学校，令菩堤的心情郁闷不已。

定石高中池荣爱校长的儿子朴泰仁被美国的学校开除，回到韩国后在机场甩开自家的保镖逃跑。泰仁逃跑途中因意外与菩堤发生冲突，被菩堤打倒在地，结果两人都进了警察局。

池贤宇老师随姐姐池校长一起来接泰仁，在警察局突然看见自己朝思暮想的贤宇，令菩堤一时手足无措。事后贤宇建议姐姐将菩堤安排到学校担任泰仁的老师，因为只有象菩堤这样的老师才能管教泰仁。就这样，菩堤终于如愿以偿地当上了母校的老师，然而当年的问题学生也终于尝到被学生捉弄的滋味，菩堤在学校被泰仁一伙耍得晕头转向，但她的真诚最终感动了学生们，大家开始喜欢菩堤并亲切地叫她饼干老师。同时，菩堤也正式与暗恋已久的贤宇谈起恋爱，然而这时一直与菩堤作对的泰仁发现自己爱上了这位饼干老师……
