【萤之光】是【KISS】（讲谈社)的连载漫画。主角雨宫荧24岁，没有约会，持续5年过著没有男朋友的单身白领生活。嘴里讲著[谈恋爱还不如在家睡觉]，一日却阴错阳差的与以做事严谨闻名的上司高野过上了同居生活。接著又被长像俊俏、被大家公认为“王子”的新进设计师索吻…本剧就是描写这位奼女被爱情唤醒过程中的种种趣事。



剧中扮演高野是藤木直人（35），与荧完全相反的完美女性三支优华由国仲良子（26）出演，板谷由夏（31）饰演的是被大家成为“大姊”的前辈山田优子，特点是娱乐工作两不耽误。本剧於7月起，每週3晚10点由日本电视台放送。
