A bitter-sweet and uplifting comedy drama about a young girl Mio and her brother Kazuki. To treat her illness overseas, Mio has been living away from her older brother Kazuki for the past ten years. 本劇講述了從小因父母離異，遠隔重洋分別在大洋彼岸的一對兄妹。10年後原本體弱多病的妹妹，被醫生勸說接受手術，但那是一個相當困難的大手術，雖然一旦成功就能完全擺脫病魔，但也不是沒有失敗的可能性。對於年近20歲的她來說是多麼難的抉擇，她還一次戀愛都沒談過更別說和異性接吻了，於是她竟然就這麼趁醫生們不注意逃回了日本，為了見見自己溫柔的哥哥，也為了談一次美妙的戀愛。



聽說自己可愛的妹妹回國了，哥哥滿懷期待。可是令人吃驚的是，闊別10年的妹妹完全不像個體弱多病的美少女，不僅活潑得過頭而且傲慢無禮。而哥哥也跟以前那個邉印W習都出類拔萃的哥哥不一樣了，不僅身邊的女人不斷更換，而且還過著靠不斷借錢來維持的生活。
