Five-episode mini drama Freeze stars Lee Seo Jin (Lovers) as Baek Joong-won, a vampire who has lived for most of his 350 years of age trying to forget the love he lost. He runs a luxurious bar with his friend and fellow vampire Yi-huwa (Son Tae Young of Marrying a Millionaire). All she could do was to observe and protect her friend from afar, as he closed himself to any new emotion, afraid of suffering the same tragedy. However, once he meets human Kim Ji-woo (Park Han Byul of Wishing Stairs), all those emotions frozen by time start to melt away fro Jung Won. And, of course Yi-hwa is not too happy about that......

本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了吸血鬼的爱情故事。人们永远渴望长生不老青春永驻，但如果真正成为吸血鬼，你就会知道永远的不老不死实际上是多么的寂寞和痛苦。深爱的人明明就在你身边，但你却无法阻止她容颜老去最终化为尘埃，而明明曾经和她海誓山盟的你，却依然如故，就连希望离开这个人世都做不到。

今年已经390岁的白中原就是一只吸血鬼，他总是在完全没有力气的时候，才在深爱他的梨花的逼迫下喝血。中原和梨花实际上本来是一对深爱彼此的恋人，但随着漫长的时间的推移，对“吸血鬼”的憎恶令他也反感起了梨花。

某天一向紧闭心扉的中原邂逅了过去曾经爱过的女人的女儿智友，本来不想管这个刁钻古怪的小丫头，但智友就是有办法缠上这个“自己母亲恋人的儿子”。

常言道爱情没有界限，所以一个390岁的老吸血鬼，最终居然和一个19岁的小丫头坠入了情网。

原本打算永生永世守着中原的梨花，因此对中原越来越怨恨。但中原是吸血鬼而智友不过是个生命短促的人类，他们最终一定不能在一起，届时这段三角恋又将恢复成自己和中原的永世之恋。梨花一直这样坚信着，但最后却还是把结束吸血鬼生命的方法，告诉了中原。
