一部纯搞笑的僵尸片。一干人等因为沉船意外，流落荒岛，于是惹出连篇笑话，以及与鬼王鬼仔大斗法的场面。游往荒岛途中，叶子楣不幸遇溺，得众人拯救才得以起死回生；沿山而上时，他们各人先后被毒蛇、骷髅等恐怖物品吓晕。

最后，他们来到一村屋，屋内气氛诡秘，墙上且有一神像（实是鬼像），腹中插有一剑，而剑柄上镶有一颗钻石，吴君如一时动贪念，欲取钻石，就在此时鬼王巨头凸出欲吸吴的血，而在运气时鬼王把剑逼出少许。原来此剑正是压住鬼王的克星。

为吸取人血以增加功力，鬼王命令众鬼仔吸取各人的血液，可惜鬼仔初出道，反被众人吓走，且狂追打之。最后鬼仔道出可怜身世，众人大受感动，于是联群齐往消灭鬼王，但此时鬼王已运气完毕迫出断剑，一场人鬼大决战于是展开，鬼王威力无穷打得众人无法招架，但终于在那颗钻石的“闪光”力量下，众人才得以脱险，而众鬼仔亦寻回其父亲，大团圆结局。
