Cheng Man-ho(Tse Yin) is one of the tycoons in the insurance industry that owned MIG Corporation. He has an affair with Shum Ching (Lui Yau-wai) and got an illegitimate daughter Shum Sze-sun(Michelle Ye). Shum Sze-sun joins MIG Corporation incidentally. Cheng Man-ho's son Cheng Lok-tin falls in love with Shum Sze-sun. Later, Cheng Lok-tin and Shum Sze-sun know they have the same father, so they have to break up. And soon afterwards, Han Chi-kin (Raymond Wong) gets married with Cheng Man-ho's daughter Cheng Lok-yi(Jo Koo) for the sake of getting more power in MIG. He also makes use of illegal ways for getting more sales. Eventually Cheng Lok-tin discovers the illegal deeds of Han and is killed by Han. Cheng Man-ho tries to strike back but in vain. At this time, Cheng Sze-sun finally recognize Cheng Man-ho as father and determines to give Han a lesson at all costs....
