This program uses movement that have been adapted from classic Pilates principals on the Reformer and the mat. Using similar ballet exercises that require focused control and breathing, you will be able to comprehensively shape, tone, and define your entire body.
The first 30 minutes of this Pilates inspired program provides a balance challenge which stabilizes the core of the body while slimming the hips, abs nd buns. Duringthe 15-minute Floor Work segment, you wil concentrate on your breathing while lengthening and strengthering the arms, abs, and legs.
