刚从军队退伍的卢润泽，出了部队之后第一件事情就是到处去找他的情人恩屏；但是恩屏在润泽当兵期间，已经和他的朋友胜其同居了。
润泽和光泽在失去双亲之后，都是由他们的叔叔扶养长大的；但这位叔叔为人不正，荡尽了两兄弟的父亲留下来的财产，甚至连润泽的学费也都拿去挥霍，导致他不得不休学去当兵，等他退伍出来之后，为了还债还想叫他到夜总会去上班，但是梦想任教的润泽却一直不从，这时候……
润泽向朋友借钱要去还马振的债，到夜总会去结果在那里遇到了苦苦找寻的恩屏，润泽对眼前恩屏的样子感到震惊，不明白她何以会落到今日这种地步？但是恩屏却对他出奇的冷漠，还跟他说希望以后不要再见到他。但是润泽却一改当初不愿到夜总会工作的意思，主动告诉马振他要去上班了……
艾莉到夜总会来找润泽，告诉他那笔钱本来就该是属于他的要他收下，但润泽坚持不肯收，艾莉只好跟他说就当作是寄放在她那里保管，要他有需要时随时来取回，艾莉并且对这样的润泽产生好感而向他提出约会。
