Jack Thorn an ex-Navy S.E.A.L. and the CIA's Director of Covert Operations is ready to retire and go fishing. Unfortunately, Jack's replacement at the CIA, Marcus Clay is conspiring to cause a global economic collapse, and Jack may be the only one who can stop him.
