女主人公恩秀在25岁的年纪轻轻的时候不顾婆家的强烈反对选择结婚，但实在无法忍受超乎寻常的婆家人的性格，四年后带着孩子离婚，之后没过多久又和一名男子结婚，条件是把女儿放在父母家。恩秀含着泪，把女儿寄养在父母家，又辗转在新的婆家。之后她生了一个男孩，想度过平坦的结婚生活，谁知老公知道了这些事情之后提出离婚。恩秀的愿望是不出去工作，想做全职太太，为了挽回失败的第一次婚姻选择了再婚，但她的想做全职太太的愿望却离她很远很远。^[2]

本剧通过领着不同姓氏的两个孩子生活的恩秀，传递人生多样的份量。并且围绕着拥有着强烈的个性的家族成员们，想承载我们人生中多样的一鳞半爪。
